The subway station is very close. It's less than three minutes away. The staff provided really good service (Howard Wu was especially helpful with transport information).
The hotel only has one restaurant, and the lobby drop-off point is not sheltered from weather.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the subway station. Taking the subway for two stops, guests will find a big department store 'Sogo' (it's convenient). The surrounding area offers easy access to various attractions.

The hotel kept the premises very clean. The beds were large and quite comfortable and bathroom amenities were well stocked. I found the location to be conveniently located close to the subway entrance. This made traveling around the city simple. The staff were polite .
The room lacked a bathtub and the shower water pressure was too low. The water temperature was also sensitive, requiring constant adjustments. These issues impacted the overall comfort during showers.

The staff provided excellent service and check-in was fast and efficient. They are helpful, friendly, and ready to solve issues. Manager Xu's assistance stood out for being particularly helpful and solution-oriented.
